The idea \u201cmatures\u201d to a project proposal, proceeds to building a consortium or a partnership and ends up into setting up a detailed action plan. The implementation of this plan is completed through strict project management processes, quality control and continuous evaluation.<\/p>\n

The department is staffed by Engineers, IT experts, environmentalists, marketing and business specialists who form a dynamic unit that never stops working on new ideas. In every project a small and flexible team is set up in order to manage the project and assisted by resources from other units and external partners.
