INERGO IT SA undertakes the investigation the final formulation of an eligible development project of a company in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective Investment Law. The submission of an application for inclusion of an investment project in the provisions of the Investment Law, the monitoring of the evaluation process up to the final approval and the overall management of the project in case of approval, until its completion and the completion of the repayment of the subsidy.

INVESTIGATION AND FORMULATION OF ELIGIBLE INVESTMENT PROJECTS

• Investigation of the proposed solutions for the preparation of the investment proposal.
• Final formulation of an eligible investment proposal and business plan based on maximizing the probability of securing approval of the company’s investment project

COMPILATION AND SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION FILE

• Evaluation of the investment proposal and finalization
• Collection of necessary data for the preparation of the technical and -economical study and analysis of the viability of the investment.
• Electronic submission of the application on behalf of the company.
• Completion of the folder with all the necessary legal documents (articles of association, balance sheets, tenders, etc.) to be received from the company.
• Overall editing of the submission folder
• Submission of the folder to the competent department of the Development Planning Directorate of the Region of Central Macedonia or any other competent Ministry or Service.

MONITORING OF THE EVALUATION & APPROVAL PROCESS

• Monitoring of the evaluation process and technical support of the file with any additional information requested by the competent authorities until the adoption of the approval decision.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

If your investment proposal is approved for funding, INERGO IT S.A. will undertake the support of your company for the overall management of the project implementation. The support starts with the receipt of the official approval and ends with the certification of the completion of the project and the receipt of the entire approved grant. Management support, includes the following services:

• Monitoring the progress of the project implementation, preparing requests for modification, requesting for verification to the relevant departments and gathering the necessary supporting and legal documents.
• Preparation and submission of reports on the progress of the project to the competent bodies that will be responsible for its monitoring from the point of view of the competent program management service.
• Preparation and submission of project completion reports
• Provision of comprehensive consultancy services for the more effective implementation of the investment project and the absorption of the total amount of the approved grant.
