Usually a project starts as a simple idea from a company or an organization. The idea “matures” to a project proposal, proceeds to building a consortium or a partnership and ends up into setting up a detailed action plan. The implementation of this plan is completed through strict project management processes, quality control and continuous evaluation.
The department is staffed by Engineers, IT experts, environmentalists, marketing and business specialists who form a dynamic unit that never stops working on new ideas. In every project a small and flexible team is set up in order to manage the project and assisted by resources from other units and external partners. Every project is a unique mission that we need to accomplish successfully, on time and within budget and with the best possible quality.
